Terms and conditions of Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
1. Purpose
DODO PIZZA RESTAURANT CO. L.L.C (DMCC BRANCH) license no. DMCC-884539. JLT, cluster T, unit T5, Dubai, UAE (“Kids Pizza Academy”, “Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo”) has adopted this Terms of Use in order to inform you of goods and services presented on https://dodoacademy.ae/ (“Website”).
If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Buying the services on the Website is open to clients that are over 18 years old only.
2. Cooking master classes
2.1 Master classes may be classic (pizza making classes) or thematic (different dishes according to the theme). The full description about master classes and prices are provided on the Website. All prices include VAT. The cost of the master class may be different depending on the day of the week. Kids Pizza Academy independently determines the list, theme and schedule of thematic master classes that you may choose.
2.2 You can book and pay for the master class in one of the following ways:
2.4 During the event the photographer and videographer will be taking photographs and videos to share with you and the social media accounts, these photographs and videos may be published, with this we seek your consent in allowing us to publish photographs and videos that may involve you and your child/ward (hereinafter referred to as the Child or the Children).
If you sign the consent, Kids Pizza Academy may record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video of you and your Children footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate for advertising or promotional materials – including the publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc).
If you are not the legal representative of the Children/minors you are accompanying to the master class, by signing the consent you guarantee that the legal representatives of them agree with all actions mentioned in the consent.
2.5 All tickets remain the property of Kids Pizza Academy and cannot be transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.
2.6 The maximum capacity per session is 32 children only. All children will be hosted together in a single session.
2.7 Parents can join their Child for free for being alongside them, offering help when needed. If a parent wants to make their own pizza, the cost of participation will be the same as the cost of the master class. Kids Pizza Academy independently determines if adults can participate in the event.
2.8 Changes to the reservation or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the master class. No refunds or changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the class.
2.9 If a request to change or cancel a master class is not received earlier than 24 hours before the event, Kids Pizza Academy will not refund the money paid for the master class.
2.10 Walk-ins will be allowed to go to the next master-class only if the instructors are available and the group can allow more capacity.
2.11 Refunds will be repaid by the origin mode of payment.
2.12 If the master class has significant shortcomings and does not meet the requirements stated by the Organizer, then you have the right to:
3. Birthday celebration package
3.1 The full description of birthday packages and prices are provided on the Website.
3.2 Kids Pizza Academy independently determines the list of theme party tableware and shows that you may choose. If theme party tableware and show are included in your chosen package, you should share your preferences with an administrator of Kids Pizza Academy at least 3 days before the event. Kids Pizza Academy is entitled to deny if Kids Pizza Academy does not have an opportunity to take into account your preferences.
3.3 To buy a birthday package you should fill a special form on the Website with the following information: chosen package, your name and phone number, email address and any details considered as useful, and wait for a call from a representative of the Kids Pizza Academy. When filling a form you may agree to receive advertising information from Kids Pizza Academy.
3.4 Booking of the Birthday event is made by a Kids Pizza Academy representative. All bookings require contact details of an adult including full name and phone number, email address, and additional details: needed date, number of Children, their names, dates of birth, information about allergies, additional preferences.
3.5 All prices include VAT. The cost of birthday packages may vary depending on the day of the week. Cake and additional decorations are included only in selected packages, as specified on the Website.
3.6 A partial prepayment of 700 AED is required to secure the booking of the birthday party. Kids Pizza Academy cannot hold any date without prepayment. Payment is available at the reception or online through the link provided by the administrator of Kids Pizza Academy via WhatsApp or email. The remaining part of the package is to be paid to the administrator at the reception on the day of the event.
3.7 Kids Pizza Academy books the date of the event after discussing all details with you. If an event is booked less than 3 days prior to the event, not all packages and extras may be available for booking.
3.8 When making a booking for the Birthday celebration package, you are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions of Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo. If you make a reservation, you confirm that you have fulfilled this obligation and agree to the Terms and conditions of Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo.
3.9 During the event, a photographer and videographer will capture photographs and videos for Kids Pizza Academy’s promotional and social media purposes. These photographs and videos may be published, and by booking, you provide consent for your child to appear in such media. Please note that the photographs and videos will not be shared with clients individually.
If you sign the consent, Kids Pizza Academy may record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video of you and your Children footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate for advertising or promotional materials – including the publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc).
If you are not the legal representative of the Children you are accompanying to the master class, by signing the consent you guarantee that the legal representatives of them agree with all actions mentioned in the consent.
If not all representatives have given consent for filming Children, the photo and video filming of the event will be conducted in a limited format.
3.10 All birthday packages remain the property of Kids Pizza Academy and cannot be transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.
3.11 Birthday party duration varies depending on the package.
3.12 If you do not wish to order a cake from Kids Pizza Academy, it is allowed to bring your own cake.
3.13 It is strictly not allowed to bring in any other type of food and drinks from outside the Kids Pizza Academy.
3.14 Minimum of 10 kids and maximum of 32 kids per group during any of the Birthday party packages. If less than 10 Children participate in the event, then anyway you must pay for the participation of 10 Children. Kids Pizza Academy independently determines if more than 32 Children can participate in the event.
3.15 Parents can join their Child for free for being alongside them, offering help when needed. Kids Pizza Academy independently determines if adults can participate in the event.
3.16 Changes to the reservation or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the Birthday event. No refunds or changes will be accepted within 48 hours of the event.
3.17 If a request to change or cancel the Birthday event is not received more than 48 hours prior to the event, Kids Pizza Academy will not refund any money paid for the Birthday event.
3.18 If less than 10 children come to the Birthday event, then payment is taken for 10 children anyway, since this is the minimum number of participants in the Birthday event.
3.19 Refunds will be issued to the payment method used.
3.20 If the Birthday event has significant shortcomings and does not meet the requirements stated by the Organizer, then you have the right to:
4. Master classes for schools
4.1 To book a master class for a school, a school representative needs to fill out a form on the Website and wait for a call from a representative of the Kids Pizza Academy. When making a reservation, the following contact information will be required: school representative's name, telephone number, email address.
4.2 A representative of Kids Pizza Academy will contact you to clarify the details, provide information about the procedure for conducting the master class and offer available dates and times for the master class. Only classical master classes are available for schools (pizza making classes).
4.3 The date and time of the master class are booked after negotiations with a representative of Kids Pizza Academy, if you are satisfied with all the conditions.
4.4 When making a booking to a Kids Pizza Academy Masterclass for Schools, you are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions of Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo. If you make a reservation, you confirm that you have fulfilled this obligation and agree to the Terms and conditions of Kids Pizza Academy by Dodo.
4.5 To confirm a booking for a school group master class, a prepayment of 700 AED is required. Schools may also choose to pay the full amount in advance. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid on the day of the event by cash or card.
4.6 The maximum capacity per session is 60 children. When 60 children attend, they will be divided into two groups of 30, with each group participating in different activities simultaneously to ensure proper supervision and engagement.
4.7 During the event, a photographer and videographer will capture photographs and videos for Kids Pizza Academy’s promotional and social media purposes. These photographs and videos may be published, and by booking, you provide consent for your child to appear in such media.
4.8 If you sign the consent, Kids Pizza Academy may record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video of you and your Children footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate for advertising or promotional materials – including the publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc).

4.9 If the master class has significant shortcomings and does not meet the requirements stated by the Organizer, then you have the right to:
5. Health status and people of determination
5.1 You and/or your Child cannot attend the master class if you have the following symptoms:
Kids Pizza Academy has the right to prohibit you and/or your Child from attending a master class if there are signs of the above diseases, even if you indicate in the questionnaire that you and/or your Child or you are completely healthy, or if you and/or your Child have not come into contact with people who have signs of the above diseases. This is necessary to protect the health of our visitors and employees.
5.2 People with disabilities (hereinafter ‘People of Determination’) are welcome to attend a pizza-making master class. Supervision must be provided by the child’s parent, guardian, or trusted representative at all times. Kids Pizza Academy is not responsible for supervising children on behalf of parents or guardians.
5.3 Before attending a master class, you must fill out a questionnaire about the health status that you or your Сhild have. By filling out the form, you guarantee that you have provided accurate information about the state of your health or the health of your Сhild.
6. Safe Rules and Guidelines, responsibility
6.1 By booking any master class, birthday celebration package, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the Kids Pizza Academy Master class Safety Rules and Guidelines, and also confirm that you accept responsibility in the cases specified in this section.
6.2 You understand, acknowledge and are aware that the use of the premises of Kids Pizza Academy entails risks and hazards which may or may not be entirely visible and may lead to injury – and that you take full responsibility for your own and your Child safety while visiting.
6.3 The responsibility of Kids Pizza Academy:
6.7 You understand, acknowledge and understand that Сhildren under the age of 5 must be supervised by you or a trusted guardian at all times while on the premises. For the birthday events this term can be independently changed by Kids Pizza Academy, e.g., minimum 8 adult supervisors for groups of 15 Сhildren under the age of 5.
6.8 Kids Pizza Academy is not responsible for any lost or misplaced item by the client or guest.
6.9 Accept responsibility for any personal property damage and loss and for any degree of physical harm you and/or your dependents may suffer.
7. Merchstore
7.1 You may buy goods branded by Kids Pizza Academy (“Merch”) in Kids Pizza Academy at the address indicated on the Website. The full description of Merch and prices are provided at the reception at Kids Pizza Academy.
7.2 You have a legal right to receive Merch which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality. If you believe that the Merch does not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Merch.
7.3 If you got defective Merch that was paid by cash or card, we will:

8.1 The Website contains many valuable trademarks owned and used by DP GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED (registration number 1804230, Vistra Corporate Services Centre, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands), DODO Brands International DMCC (registration number DMCC193445, Unit No: 05-PF-CWC12, Detached Retail 05, Plot No: JLT-PH2-RET-05, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), and its subsidiaries and affiliates throughout the world.
8.2 These trademarks are used to distinguish Dodo Pizza's quality products and services. "Dodo Pizza Trademarks" means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations Dodo Pizza uses in connection with its products and services. You may not remove or alter any Dodo Pizza Trademarks, or co-brand your own products or material with Dodo Pizza Trademarks without Dodo Pizza's prior written consent. You acknowledge Dodo Pizza's rights in Dodo Pizza Trademarks and agree that any use of Dodo Pizza Trademarks by you shall insure to Dodo Pizza's sole benefit. You agree not to incorporate any Dodo Pizza Trademarks into your marks, company names, internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations. The text, graphics and html code contained in the Website are the exclusive property of Kids Pizza Academy ("Kids Pizza Academy Content"). Kids Pizza Academy Content is protected from reproduction and simulation under national and international laws and except where otherwise noted, is not to be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, without the prior express written permission of Kids Pizza Academy Content.
8.3 Third-party content, such as user-posted content, including graphics, video clips, images, trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights, is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by Dodo Pizza subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of the UK and the UAE copyright or trademark law or made permissible under other applicable law.
8.4 If you are a trademark or copyright owner and you believe that your trademark or copyright rights have been violated, please contact us support@dodoacademy.ae.
9. No Warranty/Limitation on Liability
9.1 We are responsible to you for any loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of failing to use reasonable care and skill in relation to your use of our Service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if it is either obvious that it will happen, or if you told us that it might happen, for example if you tell us about particular circumstances that might increase the loss or damage arising from our breach of these Terms before you place an order.
9.2 We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes any responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our failure, or our employees’, agents’ or subcontractors’ failure to use reasonable care and skill; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods and services. Subject to the previous paragraph, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of your own breach of these Terms, or as a result of any IT hardware or software failure other than a failure in our Website.
9.3 Our Website is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to this Website any information or software therein. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall dodo pizza be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use this Website, nor shall Kids Pizza Academy be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond dodo pizza's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our Website's records, programs or services.
9.4 The failure of Kids Pizza Academy to comply with these Terms because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of UAE authorities or for any other reason beyond the reasonable control of Kids Pizza Academy, shall not be deemed a breach of these Terms. If Kids Pizza Academy fails to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach on any occasion, Kids Pizza Academy is not waiving its right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Governing law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
10.2 By purchasing goods and services on Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
10.3 Payment details. If you make a payment for our products or services on our Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
10.4 We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
10.5 All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
10.6 The use of your social media posts and other material. We may reach out to you if we see a social media post or other material created by you regarding Kids Pizza Academy that we would like to use.
10.7 If you are agree to let us to use you social media post you grant us with a non-exclusive, gratuitous, perpetual, assignable, irrevocable and fully transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works and publicly demonstrate and perform it worldwide and in any materials. We may agree on something else additionally.
We guarantee not to use publications for purposes that discredit your honor and dignity and cause damage to you.
11. Changes to this Terms and conditions
11.1 Kids Pizza Academy may revise the information, services and the resources contained in this Site and Mobile App from time to time, and we reserve the right to make such changes without obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors.
11.2 Your continued use of this Site and Mobile App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of any new or amended terms. In no event shall Dodo Pizza be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein.

4.7 During the event, a photographer and videographer will capture photographs and videos for Kids Pizza Academy’s promotional and social media purposes. These photographs and videos may be published, and by booking, you provide consent for your child to appear in such media.
4.8 If you sign the consent, Kids Pizza Academy may record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video of you and your Children footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate for advertising or promotional materials – including the publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc).
If you are not the legal representative of the Children you are accompanying to the master class, by signing the consent you guarantee that the legal representatives of them agree with all actions mentioned in the consent.
4.9 If the master class has significant shortcomings and does not meet the requirements stated by the Organizer, then you have the right to:
- demand a proportionate reduction in cost;
- ask for a refund for the master class;
- agree to repeat the master class without any shortcomings.
5. Health status and people of determination
5.1 You and/or your Child cannot attend the master class if you have the following symptoms:
- colds;
- infectious diseases (for example, ARVI, COVID and others);
- pustular diseases of the hand skin or on the exposed parts of the body;
- acute gastrointestinal diseases;
- acute diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
Kids Pizza Academy has the right to prohibit you and/or your Child from attending a master class if there are signs of the above diseases, even if you indicate in the questionnaire that you and/or your Child or you are completely healthy, or if you and/or your Child have not come into contact with people who have signs of the above diseases. This is necessary to protect the health of our visitors and employees.
5.2 People with disabilities (hereinafter ‘People of Determination’) are welcome to attend a pizza-making master class. Supervision must be provided by the child’s parent, guardian, or trusted representative at all times. Kids Pizza Academy is not responsible for supervising children on behalf of parents or guardians.
5.3 Before attending a master class, you must fill out a questionnaire about the health status that you or your Сhild have. By filling out the form, you guarantee that you have provided accurate information about the state of your health or the health of your Сhild.
6. Safe Rules and Guidelines, responsibility
6.1 By booking any master class, birthday celebration package, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the Kids Pizza Academy Master class Safety Rules and Guidelines, and also confirm that you accept responsibility in the cases specified in this section.
6.2 You understand, acknowledge and are aware that the use of the premises of Kids Pizza Academy entails risks and hazards which may or may not be entirely visible and may lead to injury – and that you take full responsibility for your own and your Child safety while visiting.
6.3 The responsibility of Kids Pizza Academy:
- supervision and guidance
- age-appropriate activities
- safety protocols
- hygiene standards
- injury prevention
- conflict resolution emergency response
- equipment safety
- health information (participant cannot participate in the master class if her/she has symptoms of viral respiratory illnesses, colds, skin diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases, acute diseases of the upper respiratory tract or has made personal contacts during the last 5 days with people who had signs of the above diseases)
- allergies information
- compliance with rules and regulations
- behavior guidelines
- emergency contact
- awareness of hazards
- special needs
- preparation and communication
- You or the trusted guardian are responsible for the safety of Сhildren before and after the master class. After the master class ends, parents and legal representatives should wait for their Сhildren in the dine-in area. In this area, parents supervise their Сhildren and bear full responsibility for their safety.
- Сhildren from 3 years old can participate in master class and birthday event.
- Participants need to remove accessories and jewelry before master class.
- Participants must leave their personal belongings and outerwear in the locker room or with a parent/trusted guardian. If you have valuables (mobile phone, wallet, etc.), you must leave them with your parents/trusted guardian. If a parent/trusted guardian is unable to pick up valuables, please contact an administrator. Kid's Pizza Academy is not responsible for items left in the locker room, as the premises are not guarded.
- Participants need to wear aprons and chef’s hats, provided by Kids Pizza Academy. Aprons and Chef’s Hat are worn over the participants’ personal clothing.
- Participants need to wash hands during master class.
- Participants choose pizza ingredients they want. They need to remember about their dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Participants go through the steps of the master class guided by the instructor.
- Participants need to follow the instructions of the instructor.
- Participants need to treat equipment and other property of Kids Pizza Academy with care.
- Participants need to ask for instructors’ help in all extraordinary situations.
- Participants are prohibited:
- - to carry foreign objects except vision correction glasses in the master class area;
- - to touch hot objects;
- - to run in the master class area;
- - to eat food and drugs in the master class area;
- - to violate the Instructor’s requirements regarding the procedure for preparing pizza and compliance with safety precautions;
- - to create situations that are dangerous for the participant himself, for other participants and the instructor;
- - to take away from the Kids Pizza Academy equipment and other property of Academy;
- - to be in the master class area without the instructor.
6.7 You understand, acknowledge and understand that Сhildren under the age of 5 must be supervised by you or a trusted guardian at all times while on the premises. For the birthday events this term can be independently changed by Kids Pizza Academy, e.g., minimum 8 adult supervisors for groups of 15 Сhildren under the age of 5.
6.8 Kids Pizza Academy is not responsible for any lost or misplaced item by the client or guest.
6.9 Accept responsibility for any personal property damage and loss and for any degree of physical harm you and/or your dependents may suffer.
7. Merchstore
7.1 You may buy goods branded by Kids Pizza Academy (“Merch”) in Kids Pizza Academy at the address indicated on the Website. The full description of Merch and prices are provided at the reception at Kids Pizza Academy.
7.2 You have a legal right to receive Merch which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality. If you believe that the Merch does not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Merch.
7.3 If you got defective Merch that was paid by cash or card, we will:
- provide a refund in respect of the affected part of the Merch;
- replace the defective Merch;
- exchange the defective Merch to another one of similar value.

8. Kids Pizza Academy Property
8.1 The Website contains many valuable trademarks owned and used by DP GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED (registration number 1804230, Vistra Corporate Services Centre, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands), DODO Brands International DMCC (registration number DMCC193445, Unit No: 05-PF-CWC12, Detached Retail 05, Plot No: JLT-PH2-RET-05, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), and its subsidiaries and affiliates throughout the world.
8.2 These trademarks are used to distinguish Dodo Pizza's quality products and services. "Dodo Pizza Trademarks" means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations Dodo Pizza uses in connection with its products and services. You may not remove or alter any Dodo Pizza Trademarks, or co-brand your own products or material with Dodo Pizza Trademarks without Dodo Pizza's prior written consent. You acknowledge Dodo Pizza's rights in Dodo Pizza Trademarks and agree that any use of Dodo Pizza Trademarks by you shall insure to Dodo Pizza's sole benefit. You agree not to incorporate any Dodo Pizza Trademarks into your marks, company names, internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations. The text, graphics and html code contained in the Website are the exclusive property of Kids Pizza Academy ("Kids Pizza Academy Content"). Kids Pizza Academy Content is protected from reproduction and simulation under national and international laws and except where otherwise noted, is not to be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, without the prior express written permission of Kids Pizza Academy Content.

9. No Warranty/Limitation on Liability
9.1 We are responsible to you for any loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or of failing to use reasonable care and skill in relation to your use of our Service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is “foreseeable” if it is either obvious that it will happen, or if you told us that it might happen, for example if you tell us about particular circumstances that might increase the loss or damage arising from our breach of these Terms before you place an order.
9.2 We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes any responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our failure, or our employees’, agents’ or subcontractors’ failure to use reasonable care and skill; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods and services. 9.4 The failure of Kids Pizza Academy to comply with these Terms because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of UAE authorities or for any other reason beyond the reasonable control of Kids Pizza Academy, shall not be deemed a breach of these Terms. If Kids Pizza Academy fails to act with respect to your breach or anyone else's breach on any occasion, Kids Pizza Academy is not waiving its right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Governing law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
10.2 By purchasing goods and services on Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

10.6 The use of your social media posts and other material. We may reach out to you if we see a social media post or other material created by you regarding Kids Pizza Academy that we would like to use.
10.7 If you are agree to let us to use you social media post you grant us with a non-exclusive, gratuitous, perpetual, assignable, irrevocable and fully transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works and publicly demonstrate and perform it worldwide and in any materials. We may agree on something else additionally.
We guarantee not to use publications for purposes that discredit your honor and dignity and cause damage to you.

11.1 Kids Pizza Academy may revise the information, services and the resources contained in this Site and Mobile App from time to time, and we reserve the right to make such changes without obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors.
11.2 Your continued use of this Site and Mobile App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of any new or amended terms. In no event shall Dodo Pizza be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein.
