How to use your Gift Card

Every gift card comes with a special code:

  • For digital gift cards, the code is sent to you via e-mail, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • For physical gift cards, the code is on the back of the card.
To use the gift card, you’ll need to enter the code on the website or tell it to the employee at Kids Pizza Academy.

Where you can use your Gift Card

  • To book a master class, enter the code at checkout.
  • To pay for a birthday party, give the code to the Kids Pizza Academy representative.
  • To shop in our offline merch store at Kids Pizza Academy (JLT, Cluster T), share the code with the administrator.
Please keep in mind, if you’ve used a gift card to pay for a master class, you can reschedule for another time if necessary, but cancellations are not possible.

How long your Gift Card lasts

Your card is valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

  • For digital gift cards, find the purchase date in the message with the code of the card.
  • For physical gift cards, the code is on the cardboard package of the plastic card.

How many times can You use your card?

You can use your card for classes and parties multiple times until the balance is used up. For merch store purchases, you can use the card once. If there’s any balance left, you can spend it on goods to fully utilize it at a time, or it will be written off.
